The best thing in the world,
For every boy and girl.

It makes you feel giddy;
It makes you feel pity.

This thing is able to make you free,
Pushing the point of insanity.

Rising to clouds in the air
Or falling far into dispair

It's indescribable
And irresistable.

It can make you fly;
It can make you die.

What is this thing you ask?
What's capable of such tasks?

As beautiful as a dove.
Yet ugly, it is love.
How do describe a feeling? Here's an attempt.

I really like this poem... I like the concept of it.
my suggestion for you is to flesh it out more... describe the feeling more than just saying what it feels like.
like the part where you say it is beautiful as a dove... in what ways are they similar?
thats my :twocents:
great job!

The very simplistic structure of this one implies the sheer complexity of life. For we always think its simple for the surface. Well writen for so few words. Gets the point across so well.
